From your smart phone (Android or iPhone), go to your APP STORE and search for TMeGuide. The eGuide App will allow you search, access your favorites, and see nearby listing and events on a MAP right on your phone!
When searching for listings, events, etc, you can share through Facebook, Twitter, or Email by clicking the links on the TOP of the box that contains the listing information.
Reviews are only available on Showcase level Events and Listings. Once you are logged in, click on the Listing or Event you wish to leave a comment about. On the right hand side, under the map, you will see “Reviews”. To VIEW your previous Reviews, Sign In or click “Manage Content” on the top of the page, and on the left you will see “Reviews”. Click on this and you will see everything you have saved.
Once signed in, when you click on a Listing, Event, Article, Classified, Deal, etc, you can click “Add to Favorites” on the top of the BOX that contains the listing information. If you attempt to access your account and type in an incorrect password 5 times the account will lock for 1 hour. This is for security reasons.
USING SEARCH FUNCTION: On the top of the home page, you can do a basic search by Keyword and Location. After clicking on one of the MAIN menu buttons (Listings, Events, Classifieds, Etc), beneath the SEARCH button you can also select “Advanced Search” which allows you to search by category within a radius of the location you are interested, along with other options. BROWSE BY CATEGORY: From the Menu you can browse the E-GUIDE DIRECTORY, EVENT CALENDAR, CLASSIFIEDS, MAGAZINE ARTICLES, or DEAL$ by clicking them on the menu and then clicking on listings or CATEGORIES. You can access CATEGORIES for Listings, Articles, and Deals on the RIGHT HAND column. For EVENTS you can also search by clicking on a Date on the Calendar.

After you are logged in, click on 'Manage account' link, you will see the Current Password field, type your current password in this field and your new password on the fields Password and Retype Password, then hit the submit button.

Clients can sign in to REDEEM a DEAL from any business who lists DEAL$ in the directory. Click on DEAL$ on the menu. Select a DEAL you are interested in and log in, if you have not already done so. A user account is required to redeem a DEAL. On the right hand side of the DEAL photo, you can redeem a deal by clicking either “Redeem and Share on Facebook” or “Redeem and Print”. Other “deal” programs, such as Groupon, require payment online. In contrast, Transformation’s DEAL$ work more like a coupon. You save or print the DEAL and present it to the business offering the discount. After you have “redeemed” the deal, you may also CALL or EMAIL the business to confirm by accessing the contact information on the right hand side of the page and on the DEAL itself. DEAL$ can also be downloaded and redeemed on your mobile phone by downloading the eTransformationGuide.com APP (search for TMeGuide). eTransformationGuide.com does not endorse or answer questions about DEAL$. LISTING and EVENTS have different “levels”. You can see examples of each “level” by clicking the Listing and Event tabs in the box on the Advertise page. For example, if you click “Premium” on the Listing tab, it will show you an example of what the Premium Listings look like, as well as show you the price. A summary of Listing Levels is below. There are 2 ways to post your event. Advertise Page: click the Events Tab, sign in, enter your discount code, and post your event Profile Page: Click “Sign In” or “Manage Content” at the very top of the page. Once on your profile page, on the left under “Sponsor Options” click EVENTS and then “Manage” or “Add”. Enter your discount code and post your event. Your FIRST STEP is to sign up for a LISTING account, which puts your business in the directory. (If you sign up for an EVENT first, you will be charged a monthly fee to place the event.) Event submissions are included FREE with your LISTING account! Before submitting any events below, be sure you have signed up for a LISTING ACCOUNT. IMPORTANT: Once you sign up for your LISTING account and complete billing, you will receive an email with a PROMOTIONAL CODE which you will use when creating your EVENTS so that you'll never be charged a penny!
You may have been given a Discount Code by a Transformation representative. If so, when you create your listing, please enter your discount code in the box provided (it will either be in the very top or very bottom of the page where you enter your information for your listing.) When you check out, the discount will be applied. You will also receive a Discount Code after you create a Listing Account. This code is to be used to place EVENTS, and will make events FREE. Use your code EVERY TIME you post an event.
You can change the LEVEL of your LISTING account at any time. Sign In to your account, from your Profile Page, click LISTINGS on the left and “Manage”. Under the heading “Level” you’ll see 3 boxes. Click the boxes and you can select the Listing Level you wish to have. Changing your listing level will change your billing amount accordingly.
For more information about submitting articles, click “Magazine Articles” from the main menu and scroll to the bottom where you will find editorial instructions. To submit an article for consideration, access your Profile Page by clicking “Sign In” or “Manage Content” at the very top of the page. Once on your profile page, on the left under “Sponsor Options” click ARTICLES and then “Manage” or “Add”. Everyone is welcome to submit articles, however due to the number of articles received we cannot guarantee it will be used on eTransformationGuide.com. A small number of articles will be selected for publication in Transformation Magazine, in which case you will be contacted by the editor.
DEAL$ are a feature that is available only to Showcase Level Listing accounts. A DEAL is a promotion or discount that a business elects to offer for a short period of time. A 1 to 2 week DEAL is recommended. Each Listing Account can run ONE DEAL at a time. If you have a Showcase Level account, access your Profile Page by clicking “Sign In” or “Manage Content” at the very top of the page. Once on your profile page, on the left under “Sponsor Options” click DEALS and then “Manage” or “Add”.

Sign In by clicking “sign in” at the very top of any page. If you are already signed in it will say “manage content”. Once on your Profile Page, you will see options on the menu on the LEFT for Sponsor Options, including Listings, Events, Classifieds, Articles, Deals, Etc. Click on the option you want, and under it you will see “Manage”. Click “manage” and you will see your current placements in that category. Once you see your list, you will see small icons on the right. When you click the one that looks like a magnifying glass this will show you what your listing looks like. When you click the one with the PENCIL you will be able to EDIT.
If you have a physical location you wish to show on the map, and the map is not displaying your accurate location, first check to make sure that you do NOT have any “suite” information in the Address Line1 field. Keep this field the basic address ONLY and add additional information to Line2. Make sure you’ve entered the accurate zip code and city. Then, MOVE THE MARKER to the correct location on the map. Sometimes Google maps just isn't accurate!
If you operate from a home or private address and do NOT wish for clients to find your address, do NOT include it on your LISTING or EVENT postings. It is a good idea to include your CITY and ZIP CODE even if you are not listing your address publicly. This helps you be found with the Search Feature.
You can upload images of ANY shape, however the image window is a horizontal rectangle and you will be prompted to CROP your image to fit. If you have the ability to custom make your images, the ideal size is 318px Wide by 179px Tall. The system only accepts JPG, GIF, or PNG files. Maximum file size is 1.5 MB. If you are uploading a logo, if possible have white space added around your logo so that when you CROP it to the rectangle shape, nothing is cut off. If you try more than once to upload a file and it shows a black box, the file may be corrupted and cannot be used.
Summary Descriptions only have space for 250 characters. You will need to edit down your summary to fit this space. If you have a Showcase listing, you have a space where you can include a FULL description. If you have a Premium listing, you must make your summary fit in 250 characters. To determine the number of characters, when writing your summary, if you are writing it in a MS Word file. Select your summary text, select “Tools” from the menu and click “Word count” and look at “Characters including spaces”.
Only ARTICLES and BANNERS require Administrative Approval to appear as “Active”. If you have placed a LISTING and it is showing as Pending, you have most likely not set up your payment. If you have placed an EVENT and it is showing as Pending, you may have forgotten to enter your DISCOUNT CODE. Make sure your USER Account is Activated. Sign In to your account and on the Welcome page you would see at the VERY TOP under “Welcome” a message about your account not being activated. You should have received an activation email. If you did not, please click to Send a New Activation Email and activate (confirm) your account. This feature exists to prevent spammers and internet robots from creating bogus accounts. You can also email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will help your listing or event become Active.
Yes, you can. If your item is active you can change it to suspended and vice versa. You cannot change the pending status of any item.
ADVERTISERS: What determines which listings appear as Featured Listings on the Home Page and main Listings page?
Only Showcase Listings appear as Featured Listings, and they are then randomly rotated.
To simply remove a LISTING or EVENT, change the status to SUSPENDED. To terminate your account, contact us with the request and we will cancel your account immediately. You are also welcome to downgrade your account level, even down to the FREE level, if you wish to remain in the Directory and not be charged.
